LOSS - IN - WEIGHT FEEDERS

 The MCPI Fine dosing®  loss in weight are unique, not only for the architecture , but mainly for the performances and the highest hygienic standards .

The design of this feeder was made with and for our individual customers looking for efficiency, simplicity, weary of the losses of time spend in the cleaning operations, weary of the costs of  maintenance.

This hygienic and maintenance free feeder is suitable for batch or continuous operations, with the same standard of performances.

Main advantages:

• Accuracy : In batch process, dosing of 1 kg of flour is made in less than 20 sec with a standard deviation of few grams…In continuous process, the short term accuracy is stable, free of pulsations observed on screw (and twin screws) feeders.
• Cleaning  : Dismantling for cleaning is a question of few seconds,  no tool is requested for this operation. The generator with the motor and the load cell are integrated in waterproof stainless steel housing. Hence, it is possible to flush the feeder with hot water.

• Safety for users : Thanks to the original principle of extraction, there is no need of agitator in the storage hopper, even for small flow rates. The maximum stroke for the parts in movement is below 4 mm...
• Flexibility : With the same feeder it possible to dose fine powder or sensitives granulates as chocolate curls...and to preserve the integrity of the ingredient.

• Loss-in-weight feeder with generator and load cell integrated in a waterproof housing.
• Flow rate up to 400 kg/h.
• Design according GMP rules, Atex 2.1 (option).
• Operation: batch or continuous modes (depend on the controler).
