Seed sprinkler for industrial bakery: efficient, autonomous and adaptable
Dosing specialist MCPI proposes a linear seed sprinkler that is already being used by leading industrial bakers. This machine can sprinkle seeds (sesame, poppy seeds, etc.) in a regular pattern, at high output and with excellent precision, over hamburger buns or hot dog rolls.
The seed sprinkler, designed by MCPI’s expert engineers in the Haute-Savoie region of France, combines all the qualities required for this type of system. Installed on your production line, the machine is accurate and reliable in terms of dosage (proven mechanical oscillating), very rapid, and offers a wide range of settings to adapt to round buns and rectangular rolls alike. Seed distribution (similar to powder and granules) is always homogeneous, over a conveyor between 100 and 900mm wide.

Different recipes can be added to the system via the command screen on the sprinkler. You can inform us of your requirements beforehand. Preliminary settings are provided to allow modification and control of ingredients, weight, speed or dosing, without risk of altering the consistency of the toppings…
MCPI sprinkler: easy, everyday use
Placed on a mobile, adjustable height C-carriage, the sprinkler can be moved safely by just one person. It can easily be installed on another production line (stops are fitted to guarantee accurate positioning) or cleaned in a separate area. The seed system is easy to clean with water or compressed air. Loading its storage hopper, whether automatically with a vacuum pimp, or manually, is particularly practical.
The different parts of this efficient machine, which may require adjustments during operation, can be dismounted and reassembled without tools: ideal design preventing all risk of dropping a screw or bolt into the production line and ensuring compliance with hygiene rules.
