Accueil » Multi-channel gravimetric dosing: reliable automation
- January 23, 2024
The multi-channel gravimetric doser is used for many applications in the food processing industry. The very high precision machines developed by the MCPI teams satisfy the requirements of customers seeking reliability, rapidity and easy maintenance.
Dosers for food processing applications
The multi-channel gravimetric system measures out equal doses and positions them regularly in their containers. MCPI equipment is used to produce:
- Tea, with volatile ingredients and very precise recipes;
- Salads with a variety of herbs and spices, pieces of chicken or artichoke hearts;
- Any of the endless variety of ready meal recipes.
A simple, efficient dosing process
Depending on the industrial needs identified by the customer in advance, we can propose solutions with 4, 8 or 12 tracks (or even more). The ingredients, transferred via the storage hopper, are fed into the spoons supported by the scales. When the required weight is attained, the content is poured evenly into the container positioned underneath. The container then continues its path along the customer’s conveyor. This simple journey demands extreme precision to ensure successful automation of the manufacturing processes for the food industry. The expertise of MCPI engineers in gravimetric dosing and controlled transfer of dosed ingredients is a guarantee of quality for the customer.
Responding to requirements: the priority for MCPI
Our equipment is designed to enable maintenance in the best possible conditions: tool-free operations can be performed by one person, with easy water cleaning in all circumstances. Multi-channel dosers can be adapted to your specific constraints, from ingredient volatility to the environment in which the machines are used (risk of contamination with other recipes in production, unstable temperature, air flow, etc.). Various modifications can be implemented to ensure a solution tailored to your requirements.
