Automated micro-dosing: high precision efficiency
High precision dosing: this is what is required by the laboratories that use MCPI’s automated micro-dosers. This absolute precision, which can be up to +/-0.5mg, is fundamental when mass dosing requires faultless reliability.
Different applications, identical quality
MCPI makes machines that do their job perfectly for food-processing or medical applications. Many customers already use our micro-dosers:
- To fill coffee pods to test blends;
- To fill flasks, tubes or syringes with powers to enable DNA analysis on traces of blood from crime scenes;
- To make up bone powder doses used by dentists or surgeons for bone reconstruction operations, for example.

Our micro-dosers are fast and ergonomic, and can be adapted to your requirements, thanks to a user-friendly control system. Change of recipe, container size, execution speed… everything can be customised after the integration of preliminary settings to be defined at the time of ordering.
Micro-dosing: optimising cleanliness for dose compliance
Hygiene is crucial in all these micro-dosing applications. Again, MCPI has thought it all out: the components in contact with the powder can be autoclaved, hoods can be integrated to suck up impurities and no tools are required for interventions such as servicing operations. The entire powder transport circuit, with automatic or manual suction system to fill the storage hopper, can be closed with a system of covers, air-tight containers and specific connection parts. These advantages help ensure product compliance with the norms applied by users, for whom traceability is obviously essential.
The possibility of adding 2 or 4 dosing heads, controlled via a single screen and PLC, is another advantage for laboratories wanting a higher output.
