2. General terms of use of the website and the services proposed

MCPI owns the intellectual property rights or the rights of use for all the elements accessible on the website, notably including the texts, pictures, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or some of the website elements is not permitted without prior written authorization from MCPI.

Any unauthorized use of the website or any of the elements it contains will be considered as counterfeit and action will be taken in compliance with the clauses of articles L.335-2 and onwards of the French Intellectual Property Code.


6. Liability limits


MCPI may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the equipment of users accessing the https://www.mcpi.fr website and resulting either from use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility issue.

MCPI may not be held liable for any indirect damage (such as loss of contract or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the https://www.mcpi.fr website.

Interactive areas are provided for users (e.g. contact page to ask questions). MCPI reserves the right to delete any content from this area that violates applicable French legislation, and particularly the clauses on data protection, without prior notification. If applicable, MCPI also reserves the right to engage the user’s civil and/or criminal liability, notably in the case of messages of a racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the format used (text, photograph, etc.).

MCPI is not liable for the links on the MCPI website that direct to third party websites, particularly with regard to the content of such sites and technical risks. Clicking a hypertext link to access a third party website implies acceptance of the associated risks and any possible direct or indirect prejudice.

7. Management of personal data


In France, personal data are protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French criminal code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

During use of the https://www.mcpi.fr website, the following data may be collected: URL of links via which the user accessed the https://www.mcpi.fr website, the user’s internet service provider, the user’s IP address.

MCPI only collects personal data concerning the user for the requirements of certain services proposed by the https://www.mcpi.fr website. The user provides such information knowingly, notably by entering said information. In such cases, the user of the https://www.mcpi.fr website is informed whether the entry of such information is mandatory or not.

Only the acquisition of MCPI and its rights would permit the transmission of such information to the buyer, which would then be under the same obligation to conserve and modify the data belonging users of the https://www.mcpi.fr website.

CNIL (the French data protection authority) has not been notified of this website because it does not collect any personal information.

The databases are protected by the clauses of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

8. Hypertext links and cookies


The https://www.mcpi.fr website contains a certain number of hypertext links to other websites, included with authorization from MCPI. However, MCPI is not able to verify the contents of the websites thus visited, and therefore does not accept any liability in this matter.

9.Google Analytics


MCPI uses the Google Inc website analysis service: This service uses “cookies” (text files stored on your computer) to analyze use of the MCPI website. The data provided by the cookies are sent to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google uses this information to record your use of the MCPI website and to create activity reports.

If legally required to do so, Google may communicate these data to third parties. However, Google will not associate your IP address with the other data in its possession. If you do not want Google to use your cookies, you can deactivate them in your web browser parameters.


10. Applicable law and jurisdiction


Any claims related to the use of the https://www.mcpi.fr website will be subject to French law. The Paris courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
